May we never underestimate how much love and power God has placed within us when we don’t feel it from others

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is— his good, pleasing and perfect will. Romans 12:2 NIV

Today’s message “Where God’s Will Begins” speaks to how many people like to characterize God as a “killjoy, the One who has the list of do's and don'ts.” It goes on to remind us that at the end of Romans 12:2, we see that God's will for us is good, pleasing, and perfect. We can get off course when we lose our focus on Him and what He has for you and me. Especially during this time of year, there is pressure all around for what should be focused on “giving” but we are focused on buying in order to give. Many go in debt and others don’t have, causing the mind to question and wonder about our worth. Let us always remember God is the greatest giver, and will provide for us more than we really ever consider. Let us stay focused on the innumerable things He provides for us any given day.

Reflection from Let’s Read the Bible Together (Micah 1, Micah 2, & Micah 3)

“Who hate the good, and love the evil; who pluck off their skin from off them, and their flesh from off their bones; But truly I am full of power by the spirit of the LORD, and of judgment, and of might, to declare unto Jacob his transgression, and to Israel his sin.” Micah‬ ‭3‬:‭2‬, ‭8‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Romans 5:8

God sacrificed His love for us before we even knew of His love.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈

May we never underestimate how much love and power God has placed within us when we don’t feel it from others, my friend.
