Love is all around us, even in our work, for God is omnipresent. Find Him and focus on Him in all things

Love it or Hate it

Abraham Lincoln is quoted as saying, “My father taught me to work, but not to love it. I never did like to work and I don't deny it. I'd rather read, tell stories, crack jokes, talk, laugh-anything but work.” Kundtz follow up saying, “We see work as a necessary evil. It's very easy to be negative when it comes to work, but that negativity can wear us down and we accumulate a lot of depressing energy over the years. Before we know it, it's become our dominant attitude toward life.” Work is something many are not privileged to avoid, therefore, it is important to find something you enjoy or find a purpose in your work.

I have heard the saying if you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life. How you work can impact your outcome as well. With all that we do, let us keep Colossians 3:23-24, which says, “Do your work willingly, as though you were serving the Lord himself, and not just your earthly master. In fact, the Lord Christ is the one you are really serving, and you know he will reward you.” Let our work be pleasing to the Father. If you aren’t fulfilled in your work, find a way to be fulfilled.

Small Straws Scripture: Lamentations 3:22-23

Through the mercies of the Lord we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.

‭‭No matter the situation or circumstance, our Father has everything we need to intercede.

Youversion Verse of the Day: Genesis 1:1

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

Everything that was, everything that is, everything that is to come belongs to the Lord.

Love is all around us, even in our work, for God is omnipresent. Find Him and focus on Him in all things, my friend.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
