May we remain in prayer and preparation as we work to live out our purpose

Jesus replied, "Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them." John 14:23 NIV

Each of us will be “Going Home” at an appointed time, but until then we must continue to keep the faith and stay focused on God’s purpose for our lives on this earth. As today’s devotional reads, “Our Lord is in heaven this very minute readying our eternal home.… One day, we'll be going home. In the meantime, we have another promise-that God will make a home in us, preparing us for that day when we will be forever at home.” May we feel His presence within us, leading us and guiding us until completion of our work here on earth.
