May simplicity in the Savior be our saving grace from the fast pace of our lives

So l decided there is nothing better than to enjoy food and drink and to find satisfaction in work. Then I realized that these pleasures are from the hand of God. Ecclesiastes 2:24 NLT

As we wrap up this year and prepare for 2025, let us work to focus on the “Simple Joys” of life. The writer today speaks to how technology, activities and appointments consume our lives, but we all crave simple joys at the end of the day… so we are encouraged to “commit to work toward the goal of relishing the simple things. After all, they are pleasures from the hand of God.” Let us work to be—that’s all for a change.

Reflection from Let’s Read the Bible Together (2 Peter 2, 2 Peter 3, Psalm 53, & Psalm 55)

“But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.” ‭‭2 Peter‬ ‭3‬:‭18‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Matthew 6:21

May simplicity in the Savior be our saving grace from the fast pace of our lives, my friend.
