Lean on the eternal and living word of Christ

If you look carefully into the perfect law that sets you free, and if you do what it says...God will bless you for doing it. James 1:25 NLT

God’s word, “It’s Alive” and still miracle working, we only have to believe in it. James 1:25 says, “If you look carefully into the perfect law that sets you free, and if you do what it says...God will bless you for doing it.” The writer today challenges us, “What is currently your greatest need or concern? Find verses that deal with that issue and write them out. Choose one to memorize. Every time that problem pesters you, wield your sword (quote your verse) and ask God for help.” I truly believe that worry ends where faith begins. Let us focus on God’s promises and cancel out our issues with focusing in on His promises.
