Greater is upon us if we remain reverent, patient, and obedient
But as for me, I will be on the watch for the LORD; I will wait for the God of my salvation. My God will hear me. Micah 7:7
Micah 7:7 says, “But as for me, I will be on the watch for the Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation. My God will hear me.” We all must truly learn to wait and then “Watch Expectantly” for God to do for us. The devotional today says, “Wait for God. Too often we become impatient after we pray, wanting a quick fix or an obvious and direct answer.” God always hears our prayers, even when we don’t mumble a word; He hears our hearts. Let us remember these steps: 1) pray; 2) praise; 3) patience; and 4) prosper. We must do our part in the process.
Reflection from Let’s Read the Bible Together (Isaiah 52, Isaiah 53, & Isaiah 54)
