God is and shall be
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. Proverbs 3:5
Today is the perfect day for reflecting and refocusing on our spiritual journey. For the most part, everyone is focused on the birth of Jesus Christ, the reason for this season. Instead of waiting until the new year with resolutions, let us begin this day focused on the One we can always “Trust and Lean” on every moment of our lives. It is written this morning in today’s message, “You are remarkably less capable of controlling your life than God is. Instead of trusting yourself—someone who doesn't know the future and certainly can't control it—lean on the all-powerful God who knows each step you will take.” May today be the day where we reset, refocus, and remember restoration begins with Him. May He continue to lead and direct us, and may we remain focused on His ways and not ours as we wrap up this year and enter into another.
Reflection from Let’s Read the Bible Together (Isaiah 46, Isaiah 47, & Isaiah 48)
“Thus says the Lord, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: I am the Lord your God, who teaches you for your own good, who leads you in the way you should go.” Isaiah 48:17 NRSV
Galatians 4:4-5
Jesus was sent specifically to save us from the law of the land to be protected by our Father’s commands.🙏🏽💚🦋🌈
God is and shall be, my friend.
